During the 4th e-Health World Congress numerous innovations were showcased. Among these, tools enabling residents in medically underserved areas to access healthcare in the absence of physicians or healthcare facilities will be highlighted. Diseases with severe consequences, such as stroke (Accident Vasculaire Cérébral, AVC), can thus be diagnosed early through dedicated venues equipped with connected medical devices linked to teleconsultation platforms.
